Medications

Health West realizes that the cost of medicine can be a barrier to effective treatment. This is why we have a number of ways to help active patients receive free or reduced cost medications. As a community health center, we have contracts with local pharmacies so that Health West patients can receive their medications at a 30% to 50% discount from regular retail costs. Also, for active patients who are making routine payments on their accounts, we can help them access free medications through prescription assistance programs. We also work to assist patients with Medicare prescription cards and other discounted prescription support programs for low income persons.
